Physical Product Delivery on all shipments takes 2-4 days within the U.S. and Canada and 4-10 days outside the U.S. and Canada from the time of shipment. Below is a list of approximately how long different types of products take to ship:
Total Delivery Time:
Collectible Cards: 2-5 days
Board Games: 4-10 days
Gift Cards: 2-5 days
Customer Orders and All Other Products: 4-10 days
Digital Product If ordered between 8 a.m. 5 p.m. central time, delivery of all orders for digital product (currently including units/spells for SAGA) will be within 1-3 hours. All orders placed between 5 p.m. central time and 11 p.m. central time will be delivered between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. central time. Any orders placed later than that will be delivered the following morning between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. central time.- Privacy & Security

- Returns & Replacements
- If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your product(s) upon receiving your order, please visit the contact page immediately. As soon as we receive contact from you we will guide you in the steps necessary to solve the problem.
- Ordering
- We've tried to make the ordering process at our online store as convenient as possible for all customers, including guests who have not and/or do not wish to create an account. If for some reason you are having trouble ordering, if something is confusing, or if our store simply isn't working, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue in a quick and proper manner.
- Payment & Pricing
- We've also done everything that we can to make your payments as secure as possible. Once you've put all the products in your cart that you want, you'll proceed with checkout. The checkout process is a secure one page checkout that processes your credit card information but never stores it, ensuring safety of your personal information.
For almost two years our tag line was 'Best Price... Guaranteed'. Although we have grown past that tag line, it doesn't mean we have any plans of changing our policy on having the best prices. If you find prices on our products cheaper anywhere else online, go ahead and place your order with us. After placing your order, visit our contact page and in the contact form include the web address of the product(s) you found for better prices. After we examine the url and identify that the prices are indeed lower on a legitimate website, we'll actually charge you 10% less that our competition. Just like that you can feel safe knowing you are getting the best prices online, period. - Viewing Orders
- To view an order simply click on the store button at the top of the page. Once there, you should find a link to login to your account under the main navbar. Click that link and login. Once logged in, you should be able to view the status of all orders, including those that have already been shipped and delivered.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account following the instructions in the above section ('Viewing Orders') to login to your account. Once logged in, you should see the proper information to modify your account.
